Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At AM Surgicals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our products (medical instruments and bulk manufacturing), returns and refunds are only applicable under specific conditions.
Returns or claims must be reported within 3–5 business days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and undamaged
The original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
The issue must be reported within 3–5 business days of delivery
Note: Do not return items without prior confirmation from our team.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-manufactured or OEM products
Bulk orders (unless defective)
Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
Products altered after delivery

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Items returned in a condition different from original
Minor damage not affecting functionality
Missing parts not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days and issued through the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error
Shipping costs are non-refundable
